the thing you are looking for Is either a 1 click exploit or a 0 click exploit
both exploits are kinda the same but only one (1 click exploit) need for the person to Click something like a link, and a 0 click exploit just need to be sendt to him and its done

you could also do an old kinda way to get in but it takes time, its something of a script.
1. brute force "hacking" get his email address and a password list from google or anywhere, and then use a program to guess/go down the list off passwords.
2. social engineering. now this one is hard because you are not really hacking, and dont know how to explain this one.
3 you could get a program like a key logger and get him to log in on your pc. <- the most simplest one out of all of them

ps hope that he don't have 2FA, cause if he does, then its going to be harder than touching his phone
