[TIPS] Useful addons for you sandbox server

Intro
In the workshop there are hundreds of thousands of addons (most of which are not good) of which they can be fun or even annoying to use. In this thread I will show you some of the ones that I use and that I recommend using.

Construction/Tool

• SmartSnap - This simple but useful tool helps you to be more precise with your props, just look at the grid on the prop and press the "E" key to fit the camera to the prop exactly.
  
• [Official] Precision Tool - This tool is quite simple to use and you can create perfect constructions with it. I recommend using it with groups of friends or being in singleplayer.
  
• Sub Material Tool - With this tool you can edit parts of the textures of the props, such as changing the window of the construction props, personally this addon is great together with this other addon.
  
• Extended Properties - This addon adds more properties when editing an entity or prop with C, this addon is easy to use, there are no further explanations.
  
• Error Hider - His name says it all.
  
• Neon Pink Retrowave Grid Missing Texure - This addon replaces the ugly missing textures with more retro ones.
  
• The Sit Anywhere Script! - I consider this addon to be one of the best I've seen, as its name says, you can sit anywhere or prop, by pressing ALT + E.
  

Weapons

• Counter-Strike: Source Weapon Pack - the name of the addon is just as it says, it is a light pack of weapons from the counter strike source.
  
• Counter-Strike: Source Admin Weapon Pack - This addon adds quite interesting weapons from the admin, it could be said that it is like an extension of weapons from the previous addon.
  
• Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare Weapons - This pack of addons contains weapons from call of duty 4, these weapons are fun to kill the npcs that we can create on the map.
