I stopped smoking marijuana

I smoked weed a lot and really long, and now I have the after-effects that I never thought could come from weed. nowadays I need to take pills that bring me down, otherwise, I would panic and think I don't get any air in my lungs. it's pretty stupid didn't smoke for 2 Months now and it will stay at it. Don't do it, it's more damaging than we all think!
