UE4 and Unity GameAssets web page with free downloads

I want to share a webpage (game.asset.cc) that I discovered last week that allows you to download most assets without having an account. If you want to download the assets for free you will need to wait much more but for small/medium asset packs it's worth it. For large asset packs you will need to wait 7-12 hours, I don't recommend waiting that long unless you don't have another source to download the asset.
