are you afraid of insects?

I have a MASSIVE phobia of them. The only insects I can tolerate are flies since they're everywhere and more annoying. If I see something like a cockroach, though, I freeze up and start hyperventilating. Idk what caused it, since I don't find them inherently scary, but my body's immediate reaction is fear.
