Where do you think the direction of Overwatch is headed?

Ever since Jeff left, it kind of feels like there's a big hole now. I guess maybe that and everything else with Blizzard's reputation feels like it's tarnished the game a bit for me. I used to play religiously. Do you think its reputation can be saved at this point?
