That's true. The Wunderwaffe is really bad in this one. I've also seen videos that it's glitching sometimes which results in a death.
I was using the ray gun in every cod game so far, but they really fucked it up this time. It doesn't feel as strong as it was before.
You should try Blast Furnace or Dead Wire. It does a really good job in higher rounds, when you run around with them and kill them all at once. Though, I prefer Blast Furnace over Dead Wire, because it doesn't need as much ammo as Dead Wire.
I'm absolutely into Dead Wire and Blast Furnace. I feel like all the PaP upgrade modules are actually pretty strong, and definitely see the usefulness of something like Turned at higher rounds or Thunder Wall if you absolutely need to keep your distance.
The difference in the Ray Gun in BO3 as compared to the previous versions is just the simple fact that the health to damage ratio in this game is different. It scales a lot faster than it did in previous games due to all of the new OP shit they put in the game - an attempt to make it more interesting while in the long term nerfing the mighty.
