difference between IPS and IP Board?

For everyone wondering, it is the same thing, it's just that older versions (as far as I can remember), used to be called IP.Board/IPB, but nowadays everybody reffers them as IPS due to their services expansion and therefore no longer being just a simple forum 'board'.
