Ukraine VS Russia: War Crimes

So as we all know and seen in reports of mass graves being found and dug up in Ukraine, of which Russia have been killing civilians in masses in captured cities. So as I am talking to the people right now, how do you feel knowing this is happening in this war and if Russia could be punished, what type of punishment would Russia as a country and its leader?
