Yes, but keep in mind Shared Hosting is not offshore.
The only offshore SHARED PLAN is LiteSpeed Hosting.

Also keep in mind being shared you are sharing with other customers, if you use a lot of RAM / CPU usage or a lot of bandwidth (abusing of network and causing issues to other clients) we can refuse.

I recommend you use our VPS for such purposes is Cheap!
