I have fixed the issue, I removed a lot of AEScript / AEScripts entries from the plugins PDF, I don't know why they were in there to begin with, It was the sites issue with sorting them out but, As you may notice there is now less plugin links and more script links, I have simply moved over the AEScripts and just added them to the scripts document instead of the plugins document, so overall nothing has been removed, I just simply moved the links to the other PDF file.
