Hey all!
Here is a download link to the crash screen I have been using -
Just drop it into your addons folder and you're good to go!
This is a single file addon, so go to addons/crashscreen/lua/autorun/crashscreen.lua and edit things in there to change links and such.
A lot of the UI code is HTML, making it super easy to change to your liking.
No backdoors, no bs, just a nice looking crash screen
