AMAZON REFUND METHOD

My wife decided to save some money and bought a cheap smart body scale on Amazon. We waited a long time for the order, but the scales stopped working in the end after 3 days of use. Im not a pro-economy person, so when I buy a product, I dont look at the price; I look at customer reviews. Has anyone bought scales in this store? What can you say about quality? If I buy my wife poor-quality scales, her heart can not stand it. lol
