[Help!] How to make a mod for Garry's mod?

Well first off your gonna need a basic understanding of Lua code. But for the tools, you need to make and publish an addon check out the gmod wiki: https://wiki.facepunch.com/gmod/Workshop_Addon_Creation This link pretty much gives you the rundown but I'm not sure how dated this is. lemme know if it works.
