Job application writing assistance

I just checked out his Fiverr account and he does look really good. What was the process like when you worked with him? Did he ask you about your target position and career accomplishments, or did he just ask to see your current resume? Also, how many applications did you send out before you got his version of your resume and after, and did you apply to the same kinds of positions?
