Step 1: Connect to an Italian VPN. (other countries that may work: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain) I do with Italy.

Step 2: Go to https://fake-it.ws/it/

Step 3: Now create your Dropbox account, just enter a random name and email address. (you can use information from fake-it.ws) https://www.dropbox.com/

Step 4: Once your account has been created, go to https://www.dropbox.com/

Step 5: Click "improve" in the top right corner.

Step 6: Choose a PLUS plan, you can, in principle, others.

Step 7. Click "Direct Debit".

Step 8: Enter information and IBAN from https://fake-it.ws/it/

Step 9: Done!

P.S Your account will be downgraded to the free tier when they realize that the IBAN is not real, but your data will be fine. just repeat the procedure with the IBAN necessarily connected to Italy VPN. If you are not treated, then the IBAN will not be visible.
