What motivates you to work hard?

I dont want to be homeless and want to have some money to buy me food and maybe some more cool stull. Thats all. I dont believe in that ?love what you do nonsense. It is still your job, and you do that against your will. The only thing that I get from this job is money and everything I can buy with them.
Now I am working hard so I dont have to be working as a bus driver in retirement. But who knows what will happen in the future, and one day all my savings will disappear or mean nothing? Thats why I try to spend most money I earn. Money itself does not mean anything.
