Free Virtual Private Servers don't exist. There are some but they are very limited and tricky to get. So I automatically thought he meant VPN.
Free ones exist when you social engineer them.
Must have shit staff if they are vulnerable to SE.
Hosting companies should ask for invoice numbers. If it isn't an invoice on your account and no funds were sent from you, you don't get shit, or at least that's how I work. You'd have to SE the payment gateway to get anywhere with most hosts.
