I do anything that I appreciate doing. At the point when I do that I continue to exercise and that is a higher priority than whatever else at my age. In the first part of the day I bounce for 15 minutes on a smaller than usual trampoline. Early in the day or early evening I do a 7 Minute Workout for each an application on my mobile phone. On Tuesdays and Thursdays I do yoga and lifting. At times in the early evening Monday through Friday I really do some activity/lifting in the activity room in our structure. Furthermore, I climb 6-8 miles in the mountains, rollerblade or dance no less than one time each week and use health supplements.
