It seems this person is a FAKE seller and traps visitors by his cheap low cost for a licensed version software. He is doing an illegal thing by selling a licensed product without permission.
My friend contacted him and he gave some website URL where you can make payment. My friend did payment and after that he did not get any reply from this guy. He is total SCAM. Do not trust him.

I contacted him on email several times but he is not answering me also. Be aware of such advertisements with BIG BIG discounted prices and low cheap offers.
