The public collection contains about 480 plugins meant mostly for HL2RP/other CW schemas. The private collection contains plugins from TehFlamingTaco, Kurochi, Arbiter, and some stuff from SCG outlands. I believe that Arbiter's plugin pack has already been leaked here before, so I'm just throwing them all together. Enjoy.
