Lately, I've been having trouble sleeping. I mean, I sleep a lot. I can sleep 10 to 14 hours a day and this has a huge impact on my life and work. I work from home and sometimes it's extremely hard to wake up and start working for me. Apparently, my body lacks some vitamins. I even got a dog 4 months ago to motivate me to get up earlier and go outside more. Good way, I recommend :D But I could easily sleep 4-6 hours a day a few years ago, and this was enough for me to stay energetic and productive.
