Turns out the language file contains the wrong language, if you're and english speaker want to save time I translated the file for you, head to /garrysmod/addons/admin_warning_system/lua/warning_system_7452/languages/en.lua and replace it's contents with https://pastebin.com/dz0rzYKd.
