There is an industry-wide issue with Instagram updating Followers on the public side of a profile. Orders placed over the past 48 hours might appear to have a missing count, when in fact they were fully delivered but the Followers have not been added to the public side.

You should be able to verify the count by looking at your analytics/recent followers. We will be monitoring all orders over the next 2 days to ensure that everything you paid for is fully delivered, however, we have to wait for this counter issue to be resolved before we can verify the Follower count.
