Is NBB DEAD?

People are denying it, but lemme explain how I see it.
The site has had a serious drop in activity recently. The news thread can show that.
I don't believe it is permanent tho, and when the right times come(aka summer), and the new features, I'm sure we'd get more activity..
Also these threads don't help btw. It's up to the community to make sure the site stays active. If we don't post, then of course the site is going to "die."
