Opinions on CBD ban in NY

They banned it from restaurants and not from personal use. They probably want a little more control over it and don't want people to take it publicly. I know some CBD products don't contain THC at all and cannot get you high. However, it's still not that usually for society, and the officials are trying to make this shift smoother.
