Leak of last version of Norda Server Title Screen + Editor

I stop Gmod so I give my purchases.

The folder contains the Lua files and the Icons.
Have fun making a nice title screen on your server like a true game.

It also optimizes the server by deferring the hooks related to the arrival and spawn of players.
