First of all, that was a respond to the person speaking in another language. So what's wrong asking what the person said ? So sorry the "quality" of that post isn't to your liking.
A better solution would be not to respond at all, right? I mean that's what it's all about. "Give/share quality shit or shut the fuck up".

What if? If you force people to make 25 posts and a min. of 5 hours online, do you truly believe people will post quality posts? Don't make me laugh.
