Realistic Car Dealer - The Best Car Dealer System Leak

When I spawn an NPC - when I equip my tool gun it says :
Left click to configure npc.

But when I left click on the npc nothing happens so I just have a useless npc now . Also it says right click to remove but that doesnt work either.
