Has anybody seen the fresh 200M+ Twitter dump?

A user on breached.vc combed the original dump files and reformatted the data and converted to csv.

They say after removing duplicates and scrubbing the data the original 400M+ figure was way over blown.

Any luck confirming?

Troy Hunt from /HIBP?/ said the data was legit on Twitter.
