Ember - donation system, bans, loading screen & landing/index page v2.12.0

Unfortunately, in order to access the Admin panel on your website after you upload the web files, you need to log in with the same Steam account which purchased the addon on GMODStore (doesn't matter if you put in your own API key in the Config or not), therefore Ember leaks could be considered useless.

(I may be wrong on this, however that is what I gathered by going through the Discord Server of the Ember Dev Team)
