Well, you have a good point there.
That is why I only want to deal with people who are verified on Skrill.
But still, I just don't like the feeling of going first with a amount of money like that and have a chance of losing the chargeback if I get scammed. But yes, he can chargeback too but he is verified so I don't think he wants to do scamming when his face and everything is in hands of Skrill.
