GF's B-Day Next Monday?

So next Monday the 23rd will be my GF's birthday anyone have any idea's what I should do? We were suppose to go to the beach but those plans are looking like they are going to be canceled for reasons I can't explain. So if anyone has any awesome & unique things to do please let me know.
