lol Lucid Dreaming is pretty much being able to control your dreams and do what ever you can imagine while your dreaming.

I guess it could be weird, but once you start actually taking control over your dream is pretty awesome you can do anything you ever wanted.

Well, that never happens for me i always get dreams im about to get killed or someone like watching and some can be good and happy

You have to train yourself to Lucid Dream, but anyone can do it. Some people can just do it without having to train themselfs to do it.
