The best TV Series based on crime would be The Blacklist, it's amazing, it's just aired it's last season, season 10 and the plot the whole way through is amazing, you can never guess what's going to happen next, the foreshadowing the show tricks you into believing is really good and is constantly changing on itself to keep you guessing. Another big aspect of the show is the main characters morals, life experiences and sayings.
