Best way to learn how to make cool graphics for my discord?

I have a lot of experience with photoshop, but I'm interested in styles that I'm not too used to making. Could you guys link me some cool tutorials? I really like vintage stuff, y2k, psychedelic stuff, but even simple things like cool gradients combined with glowing effects.

I saw these awesome discord badges by Loczi and I'd love to do something like this.
