New userbar

So I was asked to make a userbar for a group that does coding (not on this site) and since I was advised to start trying some new things I thought I'd try something different.
So here's what I came up with.



I'm not entirely sure what I think about it tbh, it needs a bit more work I think but I'd love to hear other opinions on it
