Giving away a very outdated addon can cause problems for darkrp server owners such as exploits, errors with other addons or even lack of content.
As someone who has created several servers, I can say that it is NEVER a good idea to have an addon with more than 6 outdated versions, it is worse if it is more than 30 versions behind
