Serious Describe this, I need to write a poem.

This is a project that I have to do. Please bear with me.

Describe the feeling after you take a shit and have calmed down after the ordeal. Be as descriptive as you can, using as much imagery and sensory description as possible. Don't be afraid to use strong language, I want an accurate and detailed description. Take your time, there is no rush. You'll get a hernia if you do.
