You need an account with a fitbit registered, or a friend who already owns one. Just tell them the heart rate sensor isnt working, theyll tell you some bullshit troubleshooting steps and when they ask for a receipt tell them it was a gift. You can pick the color and size of the watch you want, they never check.

Wew lad, thanks for this method. Normally I say that the screen wont turn on. But a lot of the time they want it back so Im gonna give this a try <3

I'm pretty sure they got sued because of it and that's why it works well
