Can someone help me find this graphic for my Tshirt?

I doubt it's a image that you can just buy or download. I think it's custom made.

You can do that easily by yourself. All you need to do is :take a car image from the back with lights on. Run some action scripts in Photoshop over it and do some color adjustments and you're ready to go.
