I think technology will continue to make our lives easier and more efficient, but we'll also need to be mindful of its impact on our mental and physical health. Technology will continue to streamline tasks and automate processes, which will save us time and energy. However, we'll also need to be mindful of how much time we're spending on screens and ensure we're taking breaks to protect our mental health. We'll also need to make sure we're staying physically active, even as technology makes it easier to be sedentary.
