I can keep up with competitive players of the game due to past Smash experience, but I look towards the game with casual eyes and take it for face value. In that game I main Marth/Lucina (mixups), Corrin, Robin (stfu I love Fire Emblem), Cloud, Dr. Mario, and Luigi.

There are three aspects of the smash game:
1. Technical Skill
2. Mental Skill
3. Metagame

Combine mastery of those three, and you will become a very good player.

I too mained Captain Falcon in Smash64. But I also mess around with Jigglypuff
Melee I have mained Marth, Falco, Captain Falcon,and Pichu (yes i know) for about a year. I am still my best with Pichu since I rarely die with him. Actually won a local with him once
Brawl was definately my most played casually. I beat the great adventure a ton. and mained Ike, and Marth. I never played competetively, and I never got why Meta Knight was so good. I always sucked as him. Even after learning the strats
PM I never played in a competetive scene. I've only fucked around with it every so often. I played mostly as Marth, Project Ganon Ganon, Roy, and Falco
Smash 4 is definately my favorite of the bunch. I like Melee but I can't get a hang of all of the technacailities at once. Also there are still many technical applications in smash 4 like B reversing, and ledge trumping that I can actually do. lol. My mains are Lucina/Marth, Little Mac, Captain Falcon, Jigglypuff, and have been learning Wii Fit
