Now the weed makes my hands hurt :(

I work many hours a day in front of the PC, so the condition of my hands is not the best. I used to enjoy being high, but in the last few months, I've done a detox, and when I smoke too much, my hands hurt for hours. I'm a young person, does anyone else experience something similar?
