So that when you click on them, it brings you to a page with all of the members within the group that userbar belongs to. Maybe make it work with only nonstandard userbars? I dunno, I just think it would be pretty cool. A good opportunity for some web animation too.
EDIT: We can make it expand to show all the other userbars a member owns, would that be better?
