Idk I just haven't seen many good HQ members. I've seen a few, but none that are very active.

Well just have to see how it goes, that's why I have the requirements. But depending how it goes, I might just do what fdigl did with me just randomly sent me an upgrade code and a message so if this contest thing doesn't work out then I'll just do it that way.
