Garry's Mod Gmod Gamemodes

So I plan on making a server for the community on Garry's Mod later(after the MC server comes out).

I just wanted to know what gamemode NulledBB would want to see the most.
Feel free to put whichever gamemode you would like down below. Even if it's already been mentioned, you can list it.

Here are some starter ideas:
TTT
DarkRP
ZombieRP
CustomRP Gamemode
After the End(An RPG like gamemode)
