Best 5 Star?

technically speaking there isn't really a "best" 5 star since most of them have different kits and excel in different fields, but i think raiden shogun offers a lot from her kit! shes rlly flexible in team comps too like the other reply said so yea u she's honestly a must have (i don't have her tho www)
