Don't fall for his scam, the method he used his very simple, he found it on google. He will create a new account, post a few photos, then he will tell instagram that the [account you want to get banned] is impersonating him.
Since this guy really want money (he keeps spamming bumps) he will surely say that i'm lying but this is exactly what he will do (that's why he asked for the person to have a human profile picture).
