You could try adding a slight blur and adding noise on top of that, alternatively there are loads of grunge overlays that you can put on top of the image and using blend modes to make is seem more distressed, the overlays can make the image look to washed out and faded so you usually have to adjust the curves and levels to bring some of the contrast back.
